Strength and Aerobic Training
While many pursue fitness for short-term goals, I'll guide you towards a realistic, lifestyle approach that fosters long-term health and well-being. While this will involve a change in priorities and in habits, it doesn't have to be overly difficult. Particularly for beginners, we can start with a simple strength training workout and advance as you progress in your training. Nutrition Coaching
Our bodies do best when we focus on real, whole, nutrient dense foods as fuel. With nutrition coaching, I will teach you the importance of fats, carbohydrates and protein. I will help you understand the importance of a balanced, nutritional eating plan, as well as the skill to identify which foods provide your body with the most nutrition.
